Description

Pokemon Excellent Emerald is a Quality of Life hack with a few modern features. Pokémon Emerald is a fun, classic game in the Pokémon Core series! that being said, it’s aged compared to the most recent games, so this hack aims to improve some things.

Features

  • The entire Hoenn Pokedex can be caught within the Region.
  • Pokemon in routes, particularly Western Hoenn, have been overhauled (Goodbye Poocheyena!). This allows for more complex teams early on, without having to grind for super long
  • Important Trainers (Rivals, Villainous Teams, Gym Leaders, ect.) have had their teams slightly tuned up to be more unique/uniform
  • Certain spots of water can be waded through for Surf encounters
  • The overworld has been touched up a bit
  • HM moves are vastly more useful and some optional HM obstacles are put aside
  • Some moves in general are far more useful (Fury Cutter to X-Scissor, ect,)
  • Pokémon have their stats updated as of Gen IX (Eg: butterfree SpA 80 to 90)
  • all Flying types (in the HDex) can learn Fly
  • Pokémon that evolve by trade now either evolve by level or a Evolution Stone.
  • Pokemart changes
  • treasures are worth more
  • Vitamins are MUCH cheaper
