Changelog

V0.9.1

  • New system for starting regions: When starting a region, you can now choose between CURRENT, NEW, or NEW + PC. You can also decide separately whether to keep or reserve your items and money. CURRENT suggests level scaling enabled and the level cap disabled, although both settings can still be changed.
  • Multiple regional adventures in progress: You can now start another region and switch between different adventures without having to complete all of their Leagues first. This can be done through MISC → TRAVEL. Introduction requirements and restrictions related to locations and events still apply.
  • Shared or independent teams and resources: Adventures can share your party, Day Care, Bag, and money, or keep them separate. When returning to an adventure, its corresponding party is restored. After completing the League, the corresponding resources are merged with those from previously completed regions.
  • Return to where you left your adventure: TRAVEL remembers a safe outdoor position so you can return to where you left that adventure. If that position cannot be used, the game will use the corresponding healing point instead.
  • More informative regional interface: New help messages, summaries, confirmations, and messages have been added in all three languages. The game now explains more clearly what you keep, what remains reserved, and why you cannot travel in certain situations. Reading screens now use a neutral, static background.
  • Bicycle from the beginning: A new option has been added that lets you receive the regular Bicycle when starting your adventure or obtain it normally during the story.
  • Configurable number of random starters: You can now choose between 1, 3, or ALL random starters. This choice takes priority over the Wild Pokémon limitation, and Chaos does not change the selected amount.
  • Eight additional starters: The total number of starters has increased from 76 to 84. Azurill was added to Hoenn; Axew to Unova; Pancham and Skrelp to Kalos; Mareanie and Jangmo-o to Alola; and Falinks and Dreepy to Galar.
  • Updated starter pages: The new starters are sorted by Pokédex order on their respective pages. These pages are available when choosing a starter in any of the three regions.
  • Free leveling through Antigrind: A new POKÉMON → TRAIN → LEVEL UP option has been added. It uses the Maxicaramelo criteria to determine the available level and allows the Pokémon to evolve afterward. This option remains available after completing the League.
  • More accessible Blue tutorial battle: Blue’s Squirtle in the laboratory battle is now level 2 on every difficulty. This change only affects that specific battle.
  • New Moemon sprites: Many new Moemon sprites have been added in this version.

V0.9.0

  • Two New Regions: Kanto and Johto are now accessible after completing the Hoenn League. If you start a new game, you can choose any of the three regions as your starting region.
  • Kanto: Includes its postgame content and islands.
  • Johto: Includes Mt. Silver and 2 new postgame stories.
  • New Starters: The 3 new starter Pokémon from the tenth generation have been added.
  • Helpers: You can choose from all 113 playable characters to accompany you throughout your adventure and battle alongside you. You can also choose whether they follow you in a line or move around freely.
  • Player Pokémon: You can now choose which Pokémon you want to play as without having to place it in the first slot of your party.
  • Pokémon Follower: You can choose which Pokémon in your party follow you without rearranging your party. The selected Pokémon follow in party order. You can also choose between normal following and free roaming.
  • Brazilian Portuguese Language: Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) has been added as a new official language, with a complete 100% translation.
  • Day/Night: The lighting across the regions will gradually change depending on the time you are playing. This feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled.
  • Antigrind: New customization options have been added. For example, you can now choose the amount of money you want.
  • Shadows: NPCs and Pokémon now have shadows.
  • Wild Pokémon OW: A new “Auto” option has been added, allowing the amount of wild Pokémon to be generated automatically.
  • Visible Legendaries: You can choose to have Legendary Pokémon appear throughout the region without having to meet their normal appearance requirements first. However, some of them will still only appear during the postgame.
  • New Summary Screen: The entire visual interface has been updated to make the information clearer and easier to understand. Move and Ability descriptions are also longer and easier to understand.
  • IV & EV Editor: IVs and EVs can now be edited manually.
  • Battle Frontier: The Battle Frontier has been updated with new teams and strategies featuring Pokémon from every region.
  • Battle Speed: You can now choose the speed of battles. This option is especially useful if you are playing the ROM hack on a console that does not have a built-in game speed-up feature.
  • Sprites: Several Pokémon and Moemon sprites have been updated, including Dada Zarude.
  • Moemon: In the Moemon version, Pokémon cries have been replaced with cries from the anime.
  • Z-A Abilities: The Abilities of the new Z-A Mega Evolutions revealed in Pokémon Champions have been updated. Some are still missing because they have not yet been officially revealed.
  • Music: You can now choose to disable the game’s music.
  • Bugs: Numerous bugs have been fixed. If you encounter any new bugs, don’t forget to report them so they can be fixed.
