Some of it comes from the Space World 97 demo (a precursor to Gold and Silver), making it official, never-before-used content!

  • Reduction of dialogue and withdrawal of the question from nurse Joëlle after the initial treatment

  • The server at the S.S.A. heals your Pokémon when you talk to him.
  • Two NPC merchants have been added, each with their Rhinocorn transport vehicle, referencing the Ken Sugimori design featured in the collector’s edition.

Modifications

  • Gyarados learns Bite and Dragon Rage when it evolves

  • Traded Pokémon can be renamed.
  • Ponyta’s appearance has been changed to Routes 14 and 15 instead of 7, and replaced with Growlithe, which makes more sense.

Corrections

  • Fixed a crash that occurred when talking to the Surfer again after his quest.
  • Fixed the TM learning for some Pokémon; they now correctly match the Learning tab in the documentation.
