Pokémon Red Reversal is a complete reimagining of Pokémon Red in which the Kanto journey proceeds in reverse order. The hack features a reorganized progression route, redesigned Gym sequence, altered wild encounters, modified items and trades, rebalanced Pokémon, and numerous gameplay adjustments while preserving the spirit of the original adventure.

Tips

  • Can battle trainers in ROCK TUNNEL, CYCLING PATH, and (in LATER UPDATE) POKÉMON TOWER to XP farm to level up more if your levels are too low before the Elite 4. Defeating CHANSEYs gives a lot of XP.

Known Bugs

  • Minor graphical and scripting issues may still exist.
  • Balance is still being adjusted based on playtesting and feedback.
  • Celadon FLY House warps to a weird spot, but it doesn’t affect gameplay, just looks weird.
