- Fixed a bug with “Travel and HMs are not gated by Gym Leaders” not removing the cerulean guard that waits for Misty being defeated
- Fixed a bug with the Oak explanations for Balls of Steel, Exploding Ball, Lonely Samurai, Random Moves, and Random Pokemon

- Random Pokemon: Added the “You can use HMs directly without teaching them” option
- Random Moves: Added the “You cannot teach Pokemon moves with TMs and HMs” and “You can use HMs directly without teaching them” options
