Description

Pokemon Different is a basic Fire Red rom hack that my friend and I created. It took about four years to make. Just to be clear, this is not some game that is set in a new region, It’s the same old experience as the normal Pokémon Fire Red just with Different™, well-made, new, and original Fakemons, tons of references to pop culture, Different™ media, and many more.

Also, many well-known characters have a cameo in the game as a gym leader or a professor of some sort. We’ve put a lot of effort into making these Fakemons and this game in general. And I think we’ve done a pretty good job of giving a new, Different™, fresh take on the Fire Red experience. So If you’re looking for a fresh and blind Pokémon Fire Red experience, while having a laugh once in a while, then this game is for you!

The game is pretty hard and could be an asshole sometimes, so If you are a Nuzlocke lover, I challenge you to beat it. Imagine nuzlocking a hard game when you don’t even know the types or move sets of the Pokémon. And for anyone who’s looking for a casual play, don’t worry, the game is not too hard for a normal playthrough. It only gets difficult towards the end game.
