Moemon Sigma Emerald is a fanhack of Pokemon Sigma Emerald fanhack using sprites from the Moemon ROM Hacks. Find and catch all the Moémon while discovering the secrets that surround you. All the while being pursued by a relentless crew of hooligans. Moemon Sigma Emerald replaces Pokémon with Moemon, and it offers more trainer battles, adjustable difficulty options like level caps, custom maps, and numerous added features, including quality-of-life improvements (no more HMs!) and new methods to catch Moemon throughout your adventure.
Moemon are anthropomorphized Pokémon, usually in the form of cosplaying girls. Moemon is a combination of the Japanese word ‘moe’, possibly meaning cute, fetish, or budding(as in growth). The first moemon project started with Pokemon ROM hacking, in which Japanese hackers replaced all the pokemon sprites in-game with chibi girls in pokemon costumes. It has since been worked on by English-speaking internet users.
