If you got the Old Sea Map before updating, there is an indent at the end of Route 119 where a Pokeball is hidden. Pick it up and it should fix the Old Sea Map issue.
If you got the Eon Ticket or Mystic Ticket before updating, talk to the NPC outside Lilycove City Harbor and he should give those two tickets.
After that, you should be able to travel to all the events normally.
