Main Differences: The first couple Gyms give you less Strong TM's, trainers give you less money, more rematches with normal trainers, the trainer AI in Blazed is better/harder, there are Gen 6 Pokemon and the movesets are updated.
In Pokemon Glazed Blazed go to Mount Stratus where you can encounter Charmander as a wild Pokemon. It has a low encounter rate so keep encountering Pokemon to eventually get Charmander.

Unlike the main series games where you have to trade someone to evolve Haunter, you simply have to buy a Trade Stone and give it to Haunter and the next time it levels up it will evolve in Gengar.
