Description

Many, many years ago, Maruchio, the head of the primitive, yet technologically advanced, team rocket acquired two small deserted islands. This was the location of the first-ever genetic testing on Pokemon. One island was very humid and wet, representing how water rules most of the earth.

The other one is incredibly dry, representing the land on earth. Maruchio had done many cruel and unusual tests on Pokemon then. Although, he was worried that the government would find him. He found a volcano deep in the ocean by the two islands. He had used his scientific genius to create his new headquarters. He started by making many tunnels that would not melt under extreme heat.

Then, he sped up the volcano’s eruption using a machine he had created. The volcano continuously erupted, creating a third and final island. The metal tunnels then became the innards of the island. After creating many machines there, he successfully made his first Pokemon. It looked somewhat like an overgrown moray eel. This is where the name of the islands originated. From then on, they would be known as the Isles of Moray.

After many months of experimenting, he had created over one hundred new species of Pokemon. But the Pokemon were intelligent. They knew that Maruchio’s cruel experiments had to stop. They had rampaged, driving them off of the island. After a few more years, people inhabited the islands and tamed the Pokemon. They had lived in peace in the developing region of Moray.

They had set up their own form of the Elite Four and the Pokemon League, with a strange twist. The gyms were based on an elite-four-like situation, with you fighting each of the trainees and then the leader. You also could only use 3 or 4 Pokemon of choice, depending on the gym leader’s chosen battle style. In the present day, you start out as a young child ready to take on the world of Pokemon.

It is all good for a while, but then you discover the ancient headquarters of Team Rocket. It had fallen into myth over the decades, and you made the discovery of the century! You go in, thinking it is abandoned, and get captured by Team Rocket! They KO you and lock you up in their prison. Later, Giovanni confronts you in the prison and has you marked for execution. He figures that, if you’re going to die, he can tell you his plan.

He says that he is planning on taking over the Isles of Moray and recapturing the Pokemon created so many years ago. After you escape, you tell everyone you know to get ready for Giovanni’s attack. But unfortunately, as you are young, nobody believes you. Now you have to convince them, and save the Isles of Moray!
