Description

Pokemon Emerald Reshine is a GBA rom hack where all 386 Pokémon are shiny by default, all Pokémon have a second shiny available, and Shiny odds are increased to 1/10. The goal of this project is to make a new shiny for every Pokémon in Pokémon Emerald. All Pokémon will be their standard shiny by default. I’m new to romhacking, so I’m learning various things, and I may want to add some new features to the game at some point, but that’s probably pretty far off, if at all, after finishing every new shiny.
