Pokemon False Red Redux is a GBA ROM Hack by MatrasowAndrzej based on Pokemon Fire Red in English. Pokemon False Red Redux is a project that aims to improve the psychological horror ROMhack of the same name.
Improvements include more high effort dialogue, shrunked down, barebones dungeons (after all, Red has done it all before you), and an entirely different postgame involving a certain mountain in Johto.

Description
Story
You play as a boy called Fire. You just ended up in Kanto. Red has been missing for a few years and is presumably on Mt. Silver. Red has been missing for a few years and is presumably on Mt. Silver. Kanto and Johto are mourning about it, and many have developed unhealthy addictions to it, mainly alcohol and gambling.
Fire’s look and journey seem to coincide with Red’s and all of Kanto and Johto hate his guts for it, as they think he’s mocking their loss by imitating his every move. Very few people are actually nice to him. Blue is the angriest and wishes to stop Fire, and then try to rescue the real Red.
