When you get to Precimos Island the Dive Shop and Hotel will be closed so head to the Gym. After you defeat the Gym head to the Hotel which is now open.
After you have cleared the hotel your rival will show up outside and tell you to head to the Dive Shop which is now open. Speak to the Group Leader there and he will give you the Dive HM.
Haunter will evolve into Gengar by leveling up to level 40.
In Telmurk City head through the Underground Path that is in the Northeast corner of the city and head to Ferre Ruins. As you come out the other end of the Path, Herschel will meet up with you. He will give you HM05-Rock Climb.
You get the Mega Ring from Belle on Sabulo Island. Make sure you have the mega item for the Pokemon being held and then the icon will show up. You can then press the start button to Mega Evolve.

Plot
The storied Orbtus region was once populated by a prosperous civilization. They created several monuments for their gods and guardians. Their untimely demise was brought about by a series of disastrous earthquakes; all that remains of their society are their temples, idols, and story, as relics of the past.
In the present day, local archaeologist and Pokémon Professor, Professor Redwood, has noticed an increase in the region’s seismic activity. Propelled by a growing concern for Orbtus’ safety, he seeks the assistance of new Pokemon Trainers with a flair for adventure in the rural Celanto Town, a seaside town near the mysterious Totem Poles, and your home! Will you, along with the help of the Professor and your rival, be able to prevent the earth from consuming the region once more?
