Pokemon Leaf Green Legacy Lite ROM

The Pokemon Legacy games update the balancing and QOL of Pokemon Yellow, Crystal, and Emerald to improve them while not changing they way they “feel”. This project ports changes from Pokemon Yellow Legacy and Pokemon Emerald Legacy to Pokemon Fire Red. This project has no affiliation to The Pokemon Legacy Team or Smithplays Pokemon.

Battle Changes

• Ghost is special
• Dark is physical
• Hail makes Blizzard 100% accurate
• Hail boosts defense for ice types
• Sandstorm boosts Sp. Defense for rock types and Sand Veil Pokemon
• Magma armor reduces damage from water attacks by 1/8
• Stench reduces accuracy
• Illuminate prevents accuracy loss and ignores evasion boosts

• Espeon and Umbreon evolve from friendship using Wurmple’s random method or Sun/Moon stone
• Some learnset updates
• Made bait/rocks more effective in safari zone
• National dex isn’t needed for cross-gen evos
• Added Brick Piece to held item to wild Tyrouge line 
• Increased wild held item chance for Magnemite, Horsea, Slowpoke, Tyrouge, and Poliwag lines
• 60 Pokemon are no longer required for National dex

• Cerulean Cave is enterable without completing the Sevii Islands
