When Red asks you to calm Bagon down in Pokémon Light Platinum you must confront him from the right side. Doing so calms him down.
When you get Feebas, it should have a Water Stone, use that on it to evolve to Milotic.

Plot
You wake up in a mysterious place and witness a fight between Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. “It must be a nightmare,” you think. Where are you and what is going on? When the dream ends, you appear to be in your house but you get a message that the Professor needs your help. Only you know the secret language of Alpha, a language passed down by your father. It is the only key to solving the problem. Did that dream have any effect on your world? Get a Pokémon, travel across the world, and save it before it’s too late!
