Pokemon Liquid Crystal is a ROM Hack of FireRed. It’s a complete remake of the Original Pokémon Crystal game from the GameBoy Color. The story is the same as the Original Crystal with a load of extra events and even a brand new region to explore; the Orange Islands.
Unlike the main series games Seadra can evolve into Kingdra by giving it a Water Stone.
In Ecruteak City go to the Ecruteak Dance Theater. After beating all the Kimono Girls, talk to the old man and he will give you HM03 Surf.
