Pokemon Mega Power ROM
Pokemon Mega Power is a Pokemon Emerald hack that lets you feel the wrath of Pokemon that have undergone Mega Evolution. Arguably one of the best GBA games featuring Mega Evolution.
The game changes everything from its original including the features, game design, battle scenes, music and more. It also boasts an interesting storyline.
In Pokemon Mega Power you get a "Mega Stone" that evolves the Pokemon and then a "Anti Mega Stone" which devolves it so the Mega evolution isn't permanent and you can only have one Mega at a time.
Riolu is a Friendship evolution and it will evolve with 220+ Friendship upon level up. You need to get to the point in the game where you set the clock. Set it for noon. Then level up Riolu once more and it should evolve.
There are many ways to increase friendship level -
1. Catch Riolu in Luxury ball or Friend ball.
2. Use vitamins on Riolu, like protein, iron, calcium etc.
3. Win battles using Riolu.
4. Give Riolu the item Soothe Bell to hold.
5. Keep Riolu 1st in your party when you travel.
6. Feed Riolu it's favorite berries.

Description
Neil/Tyra, the genius scientist who became a professor. He/she has a dream. He/she wants to make the strongest Pokemon by himself, he did so many experiments. However, he/she doesn’t have enough money. At this time, a businessman called Kasper tells the young professor that he would contribute to the project, but the Professor must share the achievement with him.
To reach his/her goal, he/she accepted Kasper’s contribution without hesitating. As the young genius gradually knows that Kasper is the leader of a secret team called “Team Delta”, he/she begins to think about whether he/she should keep up. Why does Kasper need the project? What will he do? The young professor must decide, whether to keep it up, or not.
