Pokemon Omega Ruby (Pokemon Ruby Hack) is a remake of the original Pokemon Ruby game created by a hacker nicknamed lucasfera15. The plot of the game does not change from the original version, only changes in the shape and evolution of the Pokemon.
In Pokemon Omega Ruby GBA you don't use Mega Stones to Mega evolve but stones like Thunder Stones, Fire Stones, Water Stone etc.

This version completely changes the Elite Four characters, includes all the Mega and Primal Pokemons, and you may occasionally encounter unusual Pokemon. Don’t be surprised to encounter Desert Snivy, Glalie, and Cryogonal.
