Primal Groudon and Kyogre
All gym leaders except for tree gym leader and elite four have Pokemon with mega-evolutions

You can buy Mega Stone & anti mega at Pokemon League and Lilycove
To have a two mega form. Use a mega stone twice in a Pokemon that has a 2 mega form like Charizard & Mewtwo. To revert it back to its original form just use anti-mega stone.
