Description

Pokemon Emerald Eternity was developed as a binary hack with the goal of staying as true to the original as possible while also making the “definitive” version of the game. It does not include the Fairy type and does not add any Pokémon from other generations. It uses a version of DizzyEgg’s Battle Engine Upgrade v1.0 (with a lot of bug fixes by me).

Features

  • Pokémon: All 386 Pokémon are available to be caught or evolved in-game. Deoxys can change forms with a Meteorite.
  • Abilities: All Pokémon have been given their Gen IV abilities; Pokémon with only one ability had a second added.
  • Physical/Special Split: Moves have been assigned physical or special depending on the move.
  • Decap: All full-caps words have been de-capitalized as thoroughly as possible.
  • Movesets: All Pokémon have had their movesets updated to Gen IV.
  • Breeding Moves: Gen IV moves learned by breeding can be accessed through the Move Tutor.
  • TMs & HMs: All TMs are reusable, and HMs can be forgotten. HMs can be used without needing to learn them.

  • Modifications: There are people who can change a Pokémon’s ability, nature, gender, and IVs. EVs can also be reset.
